Activities - Walking and Rambling

Tranquil forest paths, gentle coastal walks or adventurous mountain trails, allow for a variety of birds and vegetation to interest nature lovers.

In the South, are Cader Idris, the Torrent and Precipies walks in Dolgellau, with miles of forest walks up to Bala. and Beddgelert.

In the centre are the Cnicht, Tryfan, Snowdonia with its numerous peaks and lakes, which drops down to the Swallow Falls, lakes and forest walks of the Conwy Valley.

The Denbigh Moors (grouse land), are bordered by the Clwydian Range, with Offa’s Dyke other hill walks and Chester to the East On the Cambrian, Lleyn and Anglesey coastal walks porpoises, dolphins, seals, choughs, puffins, are seen among the numerous auks.
